Request a shower

Access to a safe shower can help restore dignity and health. Showers are offered on a limited basis and depend on facility availability and staffing. Please understand that availability is not guaranteed, and staff will provide instructions if a shower is possible during your visit.

How to Request

  • Speak with staff during open hours
  • Ask specifically about shower availability
  • Requests are handled on a first come, first served basis

What to Expect

  • Staff will let you know if a shower is available that day
  • You will be given instructions on where to go and what to do
  • Time limits may apply so others have an opportunity

What to Bring

  • Fresh clothing if you have it
  • Any personal hygiene items you prefer to use
  • Staff may provide basic supplies if available

Limitations

  • Shower access depends on facilities and staff availability
  • We cannot guarantee showers every day
  • Rules for safety and time limits must be followed

Important Notes

  • Staff will provide specific instructions each time a shower is available
  • Please be respectful of shared spaces and others waiting
  • If a shower is not available, staff may suggest other community options
