Your feedback can help HTHS improve information, services, accessibility, and the way people are treated. You may share a suggestion, concern, correction, compliment, or tell us whether a Knowledge article was helpful.

Article Feedback

  • Use the helpful or not-helpful choice below the article.
  • Add a short comment explaining what worked, what was missing, or what may be incorrect.
  • Include the resource name, page, or topic when reporting an outdated detail.
  • Avoid including sensitive personal information.

General Feedback

  • Suggestions for improving a service or process.
  • Concerns about access, communication, safety, or respectful treatment.
  • Accessibility barriers on the website or at the Resource Center.
  • Compliments for staff, volunteers, partners, or useful resources.
  • Corrections to hours, telephone numbers, links, or service descriptions.

What Happens Next

  • Feedback is routed to authorized staff for review.
  • A Knowledge article may be checked, corrected, or clarified.
  • A service concern may be referred to management.
  • HTHS may contact you when you voluntarily provide contact information and a response is appropriate.
  • Some feedback can be acted on without a personal response.
Protect your privacy: Do not include Social Security numbers, passwords, identity-document images, payment-card information, detailed medical information, or another person's private information. Article feedback can usually be useful without identifying you.
Not for urgent help: Do not use feedback to request emergency assistance. Call 911 for immediate danger or a medical emergency. Call or text 988 for a mental-health or substance-use crisis. For a service request, contact HTHS directly.
